FAQ
Is a Deposit required when scheduling a booking?
Yes, A deposit and contract signature is required in order to book a photoshoot. Deposits are 50% of the rate of the shoot package that you choose.
Is my Deposit refundable?
No; however, you are able to reschedule your appointment.
What is the Rescheduling Policy?
Client is allowed to reschedule anytime prior to 1 week before the original photoshoot date (rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of change if less than 1 week remains).
How long after a photoshoot do I receive my edited photos?
You will receive your proofs with 72 hours of the shoot date.
Retouching typically takes 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 3 weeks depending on the project and Andrew’s availability. Expedited services are available at an additional fee.
Where are you based and do you travel
I'm Atlanta based in US and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
How many pictures will we receive
You will receive the amount of photos specified in your package details. You will have the ability to download the entire album for a flat fee.
Will there be a second shooter?
For large events, a second shooter will be present. If you would like to request an additional shooter, please include in your booking request.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes, if the time is available, you are able to extend your session for an additional fee.
